"Good location and ease of parking. Good food and pleasant bar and lounge area. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in need of some general updating and refurbishment, but the room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We would happily choose to stay here again. "

The hotel seems to be a very popular wedding venue but if they now have 4 rooms in a house at the bottom of the drive, so if you dont want to be part of the wedding celebration you coukd (hopefully) stay there. Great breakfast and very helpful staff make this my 'go to' hotel in Norfolk"

"Hotel was a little tired. Basic things like towel rail & toilet roll holder missing from room Jacuzzi had problem with chlorine way too high but not taken out of service... dangerous Food was excellent but restaurant service in the evening very slow. Staff pleasant but needed some training in how to wait on tables correctly"

"The accommodation in the annex was a little way away from town, but walkable. We arrived a bit early, trying to avoid the rain on bicycles - but staff were understanding and prioritised getting our room ready. Felt uncomfortable arriving by bike, as no options for storing the bikes were provided, and perhaps this might be considered as the location is on the Rebellion Way, which many touring cyclists are doing."
