I don't like that the staff does not clean the room while you are there and that the front desk hours are 10am to 6pm (Belgium culture), I arrived later than that and had no clue on how to retrieve my key or how to get in to the first door, which does have a number code entry. Thankfully some girls were coming in and they informed me on how they retrieved there info, via email which I did find and I was able to get in. So if...
