"Do not prepay this hotel, I prepaid through Expedia and when I got there they claimed I was supposed to pay directly at the hotel, and had no records that I had already paid. I was allowed to check in without paying again, but they still took my credit card for additional expenses (in case I use the minibar or restaurant) 5 days later they still have not reversed the pre authorization in my credit card for $100 Usd. Hotel is clean but events downstairs create a noisy environment"

"The owners and staff at the hotel were incredible! So nice and friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed being served breakfast by Lucas. It is lovely to see they actually practise inclusion. The hotel itself could do with a little bit of TLC, especially the bathrooms. The food was very nice with a choice of lovely Chilean dishes every day. Very personalised attention and the location is fantastic. I was there for work and I didn’t have an iron in my room but they basically ran to the store...

"Had a fantastic stay at this bed and breakfast in Viña del Mar, Chile. It's super clean and comfy. Big shoutout to Jose for the excellent customer service. "Beautiful property! Has be well kept and maintained. We had a nice stay during the offseason. Honestly, I think we were the only couple at the entire resort so it was very quiet. Received assistance booking a wine tour which was super helpful since we don’t speak Spanish. Only complaint is the rooms were cold when we arrived. Took a while for the heater to warm up the room, then the heat turned off in the morning. Otherwise, nice stay! "

El colchón de la cama un poco blando para mi gusto, pero en general la habitación buena.
