"The owners and staff at the hotel were incredible! So nice and friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed being served breakfast by Lucas. It is lovely to see they actually practise inclusion. The hotel itself could do with a little bit of TLC, especially the bathrooms. The food was very nice with a choice of lovely Chilean dishes every day. Very personalised attention and the location is fantastic. I was there for work and I didn’t have an iron in my room but they basically ran to the store to get me one! Thanks to Soledad and the team for a very pleasant stay! "
