"Great view and comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent. However, the whole point of staying at a spa was to access massage services. Unfortunately, they were fully booked during my entire stay. I ended up having to get massage services away from the hotel, which was more affordable and probably better in the end, but it was inconvenient for me. The pool area also had weird hours, and would have been more accessible and convenient if it would have opened before 10am. "

The other difficult was that the actual name of the hotel was not Residencia Pioneros, it was Aldea Andina, which made it incredibly difficult getting a taxi driver to get there."
