"Hotel was very well positioned but this comes at a huge cost. Do not book here if you are a light sleeper. My room faced out towards Russel Square and it was incredibly noisy. Not having air conditioning made it quite hard to sleep. Bring earplugs…otherwise hotel was adequate."

"Another great stay, staff are super friendly, hotel is clean and comfortable with good amenities in the room (kettle, hairdryer, toiletries etc.) Great location being a few minutes from Euston and easily walkable to major attractions. London is a busy city so rooms facing the main road can have some traffic’s noise (which doesn’t bother me). No individual hearing control in room so was a little warm but just opened the window! "

"Lovely stay. Close to everything youd need externally. Room was spacious with excellent bathrokm facilities. The quilt was a little short and only getting one, small pillow was disappointing. But overall great stay for the price and location, would stay again."

"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel , it was a handy place for a wedding we attended. Reception was helpful, the room was ok, a little noisy as we were 5th floor at the front (double glazing not great) Good location for London and the breakfast included was of a good standard "

"Nice stay, comfortable and the room came with a decent heater system on the cold night. A little noisy at times but literally kings cross station outside the window and nothing that would have kept anyone awake. Overall a decent place for a little pit stop stay. "

"(Review following one night stay on 10/02/25) Staff were very friendly and helpful. They get 6 stars (if that were possible!). Nicely placed, not too far from Queensway underground train station, with the park just a little way down the road. Price could not be beaten and considering what you normally pay in London, very good value. However, would highlight that the property is currently undergoing building works / renovations, so there was building work noise from 8.00am - if I were a late sleeper, might have been miffed."
