"The breakfast they offered was overpriced. We couldn't eat there. They also didn't have complimentary coffee for guest in the lobby. We had to leave early for the Keys and they had nothing available for guest other than 1 cup each of coffee in our rooms. It seems the niceness of staying at this hotel didn't exist. We ate at local places that were priced reasonable with excellent food and staff."

"The houseboat was super cute and clean. The beds were very comfortable. I appreciate that there was plenty of towels and wash cloths. A lot of hotels are very stingy with providing them. Ashley at the office was very friendly and helpful."

"The tropical cottages was a spectacular place to stay. Online check in did not work well and the lady i dealt with when i arrived spoke zero English, although she did get me checked in and showed me to my cottage. The scenery outside the cottage was beautiful, and the cottage itself was inviting and comfortable. I would stay again in a heartbeat. "

"To be fair, its the first time we stay at a houseboat so we didn't know what to expect. We just needed a place to sleep because we planned our two days to be out and about doing activities. Overall the place fitted our needs: we had the 3 beds we needed to sleep all of us & the mattresses were comfortable to have a goodnight of sleep. It was clean, we had the extra blankets I requested due to the temperature was going to get colder for the weekend and it was dog friendly. What we didn't expect...

"Excellent and quiet rooms. Small, but private pool overlooking the Gulf of America. LOL. Adults only. No children running around. Reception, a young woman named Sam was excellent and extremely helpful. All in all, an excellent place to go to rewind, if you're in the Keys."

"Had a wonderful time. So much to do in the area. We enjoyed the Cabana Club beach only a short drive away and included in the fee. We were there for the coldest week of the year. The maintenance gentleman, Scott and his assistant were kind enough to bring a hard to find space heater that kept us toasty warm as well a giving spot on recommendations for great places to eat. Some construction in the area but tolerable. Hope to return someday. "

"We booked here because of the full kitchen plus living areas; the kitchen was pretty sparse regarding cookware/appliances, but the front desk bent over backwards to get us the missing items we requested. One of the selling points was access to their resort property, just up the street. However, that property was almost deserted due to a lot of construction work. The resort pool was closed (the Bayside Villas pool was open). Overall this was a pleasant stay for us."
