"Key card to our room stopped working the 2nd day we were there and had to wait for the mechanic to fix it. There are only 2 elevators and one kept breaking down; being on the 18th floor meant that was a hassle. Other than that, it was clean. Its right accross the street from the train station and there is a lot of construction right next to the hotel so it can be a bit loud. Adequate accommodation for the price and is walkable to various historic sites. "

"It’s a small boutique hotel in old quarter and it’s close to everything. Even this property is a part of big hotel group it operates as a family hotel and give a feeling of home. Staff provide exceptional customer service (the best in Vietnam considering all hotels we stayed at). It included free breakfast and you can pick from couple options.
