While there, all 3 made sure our stay was to our total satisfaction. "The checkin was smooth and thry were friendly and helpful. My issues were the room condition. The two chairs for the table were in need of repair. The leather was coming off in places. Also the rug was coming up at the door to the balcony. The shower was ok. The shower head could have been better. I didnt feel liek i properly got rinsed and the tub did not have anti slip in it. As someone whos slipped and fallen and spent a month in the hospital this makes me nervous. "

"It was a beautiful property. The only thing I would say is that the pool should be kept clean. When I was there the pool was dirty and the next morning I went there they had tools inside and around the pool and it was worse than the day before. The day before we were able to at least take pictures with a little green pool and the city behind us. That area of the pool is the best to take fixtures at so the hotel should have it clean at all times. I paid to go to this hotel to relax in the pool...
