Staff was fantastic. The room heater did not work at all and we froze all night and morning. The shower head also did not work and we had to use the hand sprayer to get wet and/or rinse off

The disability room was terrible! One of the handles was on the back instead of the side, in order to have 1 handle on each side. Plus the toilet was super low, instead of higher for an 88 year old person in out room! Going to the bathroom was a nightmare for her!
