The shower drain grate would come out of position just by stepping on it leaving the screws exposed and making shower time a challenge. they said they were going to fix it but the next day the problem was still there. "Good sized room, in a very clean hotel. Poor water pressure in the shower. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, but the beds were comfortable, and more pillows were provided straight away when requested. Breakfast was good, although it’s a bit of a pain having to remember to get vouchers everyday from reception to access it- a list scored off by breakfast team members would be more efficient. Location was good - 5 minutes away from the nearest Metro station which gets you into the city centre...
