"The room was spacious with a lovley big soft bed which was lovley to sleep it. The bedding was soft and a pleasure to lie on good nights sleep. We enjoyed the facilities and the food very much. There was an issue with shutting the bathroom door, we had to slam it to shut it properly and when it locked, it was a struggle to get out. "The room was just as shown on the photos. I had seen some negative reviews so had some apprehension, but there were no problems on our visit. Comfortable beds, hot water, good heating, reasonable carpet; 24/7 Asda shop and other facilities at the service station. No fridge or cooking facilities, but I took a microwave and had no problems. Overall the property seems to have some maintenance issues with various buckets strategically placed to catch drips in the foyer and one corridor: but...

"The things that stood out the most was how incredibly friendly was every staff member in the hotel and how clean the hotel was, my room smelled nice when I arrived. Breakfast was good, it’s a shame that advertised dinner service was not available on neither days off my stay. The Negative point is non existent sound insulation and super loud kids at almost 11pm."
