"It was a beautiful property on the beach with a pool bar. Our water excursion meeting point was right outside the hotel, the hotel restaurant was delicious for a great price. The nightlife was great with clubs in walkable distance."

"This is a small hotel just a few blocks from the downtown area and within walking distance of so much stuff. The owners and staff were great and made us feel at home the whole 6 days we were there. They have a cafe that serves breakfast and lunch which was excellent. Everyone(including the security personnel)introduced their selves to us so that we knew who they were. We never felt unsafe while staying here. If you want to get to know the Belize true culture and want a nice cozy place to stay...

"Yvan is the absolute best! Everything about this place was great. We actually got stuck two extra nights due to a tropical storm, and Yvan was so accommodating. The rooms are cleaned daily, and everything was great with what is available in Caye Caulker. Very close to The Split && Tarpon feeding. We will definitely be back!!!! "

"Very helpful staff with our last minute reservation and the restaurant food was good. Room-Little odd with the only partly frosted glass bathroom door and window into the bathroom thus needing curtains. Pool area was nice and clean, great view. "

"The employees are very nice. We had an issue with noise from construction and they moved us to a bigger and quiet room. We didn’t ask to be moved they offered. If you like hot showers this isn’t the place. They said they don’t have super hot water like we are use to. "

"The hotel is brand new and the view is just breathtaking from the room as well as from the dock! The room is fully equipped and super convenient. AC is a delight and the panoramic view with balcony from both sides is the best. Staff super friendly and very helpful. 12/10!!"

"Let me first say that the owner Francis is one of the best people and most accommodating host I’ve dealt with. Very clean, safe, quiet place on the water. Gated resort with bikes. On the south side of island away from the hustle and bustle. We will be staying here again. We stayed in the Moody Blues cabin and it was so nice clean and all was just great.
