"The house was really nice, but location not ideal. There is no beach (sand), no taxis and no convenient places to eat. For our group of 5 it was very hard to get from the split to the house. If you want a sandy beach to swim you have to travel by bike and pay to use the beach. The explanation of the home is confusing, it’s not great for a family of 5. "We had a wonderful stay at Amanda’s Place on Caye Caulker! We were looking for a 3 bedroom stay with a pool, near town (but not too near town) that had quick access to the beach. This place hit all of those! Things we loved: the outdoor space was great, we basically lived on the front porch for 5 days! "I cannot stress enough the overall experience that came with staying at this property. We were met at the gate with chilled towels, which are so nice to help cool down from the heat of Belize.
