"Owners were awesome, very helpful, both spoke English. Breakfast was pretty nice. Hotel was clean, neat and the grounds were quite pleasant. The roses out by the entrance to the pool gorgeous and amazing. My only complaint was having to ask for the air conditioner remote. Even though the nights were cool, getting the air to transfer outside with out movement was impossible. Oh! And not a bad location if you have a car."

"We had to change our plans due to the strike of public transportation on the day we were supposed to travel and needed to stay an extra night in Cortona. We were fortunate to find this hotel on short notice and the staff was very accommodating. We were allowed to check into the room in the morning. Breakfast the next day was delicious. Friendly staff! Definitely recommend this hotel! "

"We very much enjoyed our stay in the terrace room at the Primavera Mini Hotel.. Our room was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and the view was terrific. The owner was most helpful, giving many suggestions about restaurants and places to see. She helped us purchase train tickets and answered lots of questions. The staff was friendly and made an effort to solve all the problems, including the cold in the room (due to the crisis, it was forbidden in Italy to turn on the heat).
