"This is a very large apartment in a 500 year old well maintained building. It is in the beautiful historic area. Do be aware that this is a VERY hilly area and you will have to walk up and down steep streets everywhere you go. That includes from the parking area. Cars are restricted from the area around the apartment without a permit. "

The surrounding space is very nice and there is large swimming pool, a must during hot summer days. Dinning is on a very high level, food is excellent and the meals are provided all day. "Amazing small countryside hotel in Tuscany, a medieval 14th century castle like setting with 15 rooms, pool, and small lounge, friendly staff, with limited services, but wifi/ac worked, pool area was nice, as was the grounds, just off autostrata, minutes to grocery, casual dining, outlet mall and the views were of the stunning Tuscan countryside and mountain towns. If windows open, you would hear some traffic noise, but if closed it was peaceful, our only negative was the sign for the La Pia...
