"The best thing about the property was the friendly staff. We came for a music festival and the front desk clerk helped us make reservations at a restaurant where music was playing. Then the proprietress was super helpful with helping us locate the bus stop and other things. Very friendly."

The hotel has a proper ski room and it has a great small cabin that takes you from hotel to foot of the telecabin for Torrent ski resort. It is a great advantage of the hotel. "The hotel is opposite to of spa, the hotel is old, in addiction the bedroom is not the bedroom in the photos of expedia. The breakfast was very good in quality and variety. The staff is very frendly, bad the sauna was not working."

"The hotel is owned and operated by a charming family. They are very welcoming with good advice about local events and history. The breakfast room has an amazing view of the town and the mountains. The variety of choices at breakfast is generous. Included in the B & B rate is free admission to the thermal spas including locker rentals and a Leukerbad Visitor's Pass which provides additional discounts to ski lifts, buses, etc and free admission to local cultural events. "Disappointing experience. No wifi. Neither in rooms (!), nor in the lobby of the hotel next to. No coffee/tea. No parking close by, although they put “the parking available”. No lobby, no reception desk in the hotel (they use the reception in the neighbor hotel. Poor service "
