"Amazing small cosy hotel, be sure to book mountain side views as it is one of the best views in the area! Breakfast was yummy with fresh eggs to order. Staff lovely and polite. Spa is included which is a great touch, the hot tub was amazing facing the mountains and one of the main reasons I booked this place, although it was cold a couple of nights, they had just had a new and larger hot tub installed so were some teething issues I think, but they made sure it was warm when asked in advance....

Nous avons reçu un accueil et une empathie rare à trouver dans les établissements hôteliers de nos jours. J'aime les grandes maisons pour la valeur ajoutée aux séjours. Aucune maison 5* où j'ai logé n'a fait preuve de tant d'empathie et humanité. Cette maison m'a enseigné de revoir mes standards de snob. The room was nice and clean, but it was not in the main building of the hotel. This was not convenient for us because every time we wanted to go to the swimming pool or the restaurant, we had to fully dress. "This was the most beautiful hotel high up on the hill overlooking Wengen. Beautiful breathtaking views of the mountaintops, delicious breakfast every morning, grounds grounds and great amenities (pool, spa, slippers). "

"Our first impression of this hotel was not so good... a hotel built in the 1990s with a somewhat strange layout and in need of modernization. It’s definitely not a 4-* hotel. However, first impressions can be wrong. The spa in a separate building was quite amazing and the best after a day of skiing or hiking. Dinner on the top floor was very good and staff was very attentive. Not our first choice for a holiday but for a stopover this hotel was quite OK."
