"The staff made this hotel, the reception staff were always lovely. Great room, kettle, mini bar, etc and the pool/sauna was an added bonus. No parking but everything is so compact that it’s nearby to walk. Comfy duvets! "

"The hotel is owned and operated by a charming family. They are very welcoming with good advice about local events and history. The breakfast room has an amazing view of the town and the mountains. The variety of choices at breakfast is generous. Included in the B & B rate is free admission to the thermal spas including locker rentals and a Leukerbad Visitor's Pass which provides additional discounts to ski lifts, buses, etc and free admission to local cultural events. "This was a lovely hotel in magical Leukerbad. When we were there, it was decorated for Christmas, which made for a warm, cozy atmosphere. The views from the hotel are spectacular. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We are looking forward to returning to this hotel in the future!"

"The best thing about the property was the friendly staff. We came for a music festival and the front desk clerk helped us make reservations at a restaurant where music was playing. Then the proprietress was super helpful with helping us locate the bus stop and other things. Very friendly."

"The hotel is opposite to of spa, the hotel is old, in addiction the bedroom is not the bedroom in the photos of expedia. The breakfast was very good in quality and variety. The staff is very frendly, bad the sauna was not working."
