"Recently opened hotel but clearly experienced owners. The room was newly renovated including a lovely bathroom, shower and bed. Great facilities in the hotel with a fully equipped gym and pool. (Good opening times too) Large tv in the room with Netflix signed in was brilliant, why can’t all hotels do this! Lovely staff and service. "

I requested heating turned on for arrival and it was the cosy staff at reception were friendly did call for earlier arrival and was told there would be a charge 👎 and also asked to stay an extra night and thought maybe get a small discount but was quoted top dollar suffice to say we drove home all in all good holiday cottage would highly recommend "

"On arrival greeted well and check in seamless. Lift to room was in need of some tlc. The room was initially ok without doing a four in a bed style check. On returning in the evening when i went for s shower the complementary body wash had been topped up with water not what you'd expect at all. During the night the lights within the wardrobe kept going on and off the bulbs making odd buzzing sounds. I did report this on leaving but the room attendant didnt appear to understand me.
