"The location was out of the city but had great transport links. The Copacabana room did state that it had a espresso coffee machine, however, we were told this was a mistake by Hotels.com. You do get complimentary hot drinks in the bar area though. The room was a tad noisy as it was roadside and on the first floor. "

"The self-check in process is easy and they send the instructions well ahead of time. The room was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. The bathroom is spacious and the shower had good temperature control and pressure. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, stove, dishwasher and fridge. Crockery and utensils are provided. "

"We stayed at Moxy Vienna East for 4 nights. The location is just around the corner from a U Bahn station is great. There are also supermarkets and a laundry close by. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We unfortunately had an issue with the air conditioning in our room and after the first night the cleaning and electrical staff were fantastic in fixing it in a timely manner. The breakfast (17 Euro) had good options and there was a nice atmosphere down in the reception/breakfast/bar...

"quiet place and easy access to subway and tram. neat and enough condition of kitchen. I satted at 7th floor .The only thing that bothered was the power of water in shower booth. And hot water was not enough. But hot water and power of the water was enough in sink of kichen and basin. Love to stay again. "

The staff are mostly helpful & friendly but there is definitely Air Conditioning required in the rooms. A stand fan & a portable noisy Aircon unit just doesn't deliver. For one night it's affordable but if staying any longer there are better options at the same price point "
