"uno de los peores hoteles que me eh hospedado , la recepcionista nada profecional . no me respetaron la habitacion que pague , y dijeron que como no había reservado con ellos no me podian dar la habitacion que yo pague y ademas que ellos no tenían habitaciones disponibles la que yo reserve la cual ya habian cobrado , no me respetaron la habitacion que pague ,el gerente del hotel dijo que lo único que podia darme era una habitación con aire acondicionado y con un colchon para que terminaramos...

"First, there are no locks on the door, just a fastener which allows the door to crack open. This made me feel unsafe at night since the hotel is pretty open to the public. Second, the beds are the old spring-type and they had hills and bumps, it was hard to fall asleep. Lately, the wifi signal does not penetrate the room. The only place I was able to connect was right at the door or outside in the hallway."
