"Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed! Food was good but the options are LIMITED! Usually only 2 mains each night one veggie, one not."

"The shower had the wrong wall bracket, so kept dropping off (room 8) The swimming pool was empty and looked likely had been for some time. The internet is unusable and only accessible in one area. Sound proofing between rooms not good. The staff were excellent and food ok; drinks very reasonable. If you want a break in the middle of nowhere, this is for you, the views of Mt Teide from the bedroom amazing."

"Room was tidy. Mattresses are firm. No car parking on site, but only a 5 min walk to a car park. Staff were friendly. Wifi didn’t work at all for 9 nights. When showering, make sure the front power switch is on or the water won’t heat up. The location is perfect. Township right at your door. "

"The walls of the rooms are paper thin, you can hear the conversation coming from the neighbouring guests, even them using the toilet. I was staying for 4 nights and after my first night I asked to cancel the 4th night so I could have a good night's sleep before my travelling day and they offered no compromise"

"Our second visit to the property was beautiful and peaceful as before. I would prefer the rooms to be cleaned after10am allowing time to shower, enjoy breakfast and to tidy away our personal belongings for the cleaner. We particularly liked the pretty setting and the authentic Canarian country house atmosphere. The tea and coffee facilities available to guests was really helpful too."

"I loved staying at Casa Regina in the town of Tamaimo. The hosts were great and the breakfast was lovely. They even did me a pack up the morning I left due to an early flight home. The only slight downside is my room had a shared bathroom, which I didn’t realise at the time of booking. "
