"The apartment was very well equipped. There was only 1 air con unit in the apartment which was in the bedroom-that was the only down side I can think of. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was huge. The area was very quiet at night. We always got a good spot by the pool late morning/early afternoon. The staff were all great and very helpful. Pool was a good temperature and inflatables were allowed at certain times. I would stay here again. "

"Muy buena ubicación! Las habitaciones son sencillas pero cómodas, no tiene aire acondicionado pero Santa Cruz es fresco por la noche. Tiene ventilador y la nevera funciona perfectamente! Si quieres utilizar la caja fuerte del cuarto, tendrás que hacer un pago por ello, tómelo en cuenta. El baño no tiene la mejor presión de agua pero funciona. Lo mejor de la estadía fue la atención del personal sin duda!"

"This hotel is a little gem, steeped in history and very central. The internal lounge area with it's palms and exotic plants is wonderful. I would recommend this hotel so long as you are not looking for luxury. There are lovely views from many rooms and the pool is good. Shame they don't offer tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Fixtures and fittings are sadly just looking a bit tired."

"The property is well maintained and very clean. The rooms are cleaned daily and the towels changed each day . The area is safe to move around and the restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. I loved that the supermarket was only 2mins away and open until 9/ 10pm in the evenings. A great experience, lovely location, friendly staff and always willing to help."

"I’ve been coming to this property for over 20 years and after a 6 year gap due to covid etc it was nice to be back. It’s 3 star so it’s basic but nice. Recently refurbished with better equipment in the mini kitchen and now even a hairdryer. No evening meals anymore, but plenty of options nearby. Pool nice but missing a few tiles which makes it look dirty, but I saw plenty of cleaning etc. grounds kept nice. Staff friendly. Used the laundry €6 for a wash. I would prefer the rooms to be cleaned after10am allowing time to shower, enjoy breakfast and to tidy away our personal belongings for the cleaner.
