We travelled with my 16 year old daughter who needed to sleep on the pull out couch but it was so uncomfortable with no support that she ended up just sleeping on the couch itself. Such a bummer. "This was probably our tenth stay at Rancho Mañana. It's in need of some upgrades especially kitchen cabinets and new sheets. Otherwise not much to complain about. We had a lovely stay and will be back."

"Property was in good condition. Front desk person was friendly. When we asked which elevator was closest to our room she said we were near the middle of the hotel, so either elevator would work. However, this was not the case. We went to the elevator on one side of the hotel and our room was on the complete other side. "I've always stayed at the Radisson Inn when I come to Surprise AZ and loved everything .. love the staff .. extremely attentive to their guests .. pet friendly and unfortunately this time my dog was bad .. but Travis the manager was so wonderful about it .. I didn't hesitate with informing them of what she did .. Travis was amazing .. I highly recommend staying at the Radisson Inn in surprise Arizona .. YOU won't regret it .. YOU WILL LOVE IT.. "
