"Housekeeping forgot to replenish coffee pods, coffee cups, removed used soap and did not replenish. Changed a couple towels but forgot hand towels. Very noisy. Street traffic and a hospital close by. Beautiful grounds, architecture and lighting. Beautiful pool, but definitely not for swimming. Too shallow. 4 ft at the center, 2 feet at the ends. "

"I booked this room as it was right across the street from the concert venue I was going to that night. The staff was super friendly and the Lobby was clean! The vending machine was decently stocked (I’d have LOVED an energy drink option but that’s just a personal preference). The room was decent, it either was or definitely had been a smoking room in the past as it had a little lingering smell but it wasn’t bothersome at all. The rooms are a little outdated but the bed was big and the pillows...

"The grounds and public areas outside are great, however the rooms are very dark and dated (brown everything), hallways are dark and in need of a renovation, and the pool loungers need new cushions. It's time for a lift for the whole place, with the exception of a few areas. Kitchen pots and pans etc were of very low quality. Staff was accommodating and friendly. "
