"Situated by the canal, 10 mins from ferry terminal and 15 mins drive from airport. Slightly outside of the central area but easily reached by Uber or walking. Hotel was clean and staff were really helpful. Hotel could do with some updating. Breakfast could have had more options but was very adequate for the cost. Met standards of 3 star. Tea and coffee and fridge in room would add value."

"Helpful staff on rece[ption until 2300, clean comfortable room. Note room cleaning towel cahanges etc every 3 nights but with access to spare towels supplies was easy. Excellent location for public transport and shopping in the attached railway station and shopping centre."

"My room was excellent, and quality of furniture, linen etc. very good. In a good location with quick access to Prater Stern station and the airport. The area is good for walking and the proximity of the Prater I liked. A nice walk to Vienna central and the museums, opera, old buildings etc. was handy. The bar was a handy place for an evening drink. The breakfast was plentiful and good quality. This was my third stay at the hotel."
