"Staff were all really helpful even with my poor Spanish. Hotel is clean, rooms are a decent size. It’s of its time, so could do with a little modernisation, but it was comfortable and clean, and everything is a short walk away."

"The river view from the hotel is gorgeous. The room was really clean and housekeepers were friendly and alert to guests needs. The side of the hotel I was in it’s a bit old. Carpets are old but not a stain on them. Breakfast is included and parking is free. "

Both service & food were excellent. The place is spotless! You could eat off the floor! My only suggestion would be to eventually get a new shower enclosure & harder mattresses. To start with, as I was booking, all the information including photos indicated a room with a view to the river.....not only did we NOT get a view to the river, our bedroom window on the ground floor (right next to the office of the concierge/front desk) had a view to a filthy storage area that had the exit air tube of the dryer machine hit directly to our window.
