The thing that I didn't like, was the route to go to the restaurant, you have to walk from the second floorof the hotel, and go outside like going to the street, and get into the restaurant, the real inconvenience, was when it was raining. They provided umbrella, but I would rather for them to have an opening from the hotel to the restaurant or cover the qrea from down the stairs to...

"The staff looked really happy about doing their jobs. They fulfilled every request. The attention to detail was top notch. They actually cared, they all greeted us and wanted to make sure we were okay every time. If ever I need to go back to Santiago or know anyone who want to, this hotel will be the first option everytime. Milca the Concierge was the Best. "
