When I entered the door, I couldn't see the check-in counter. I went to a counter on the right. There was a card showing “ 百名湯認定証 ”, and add water room “加湯室” was behind the counter. "スノーボード旅行の宿として利用させていただきました。施設はきれいで申し分なし、お部屋は少し照明が暗かったですが、落ち着く雰囲気で問題はありませんでした。テレビが小さく、うつりも悪かった(画面が暗かった)ところが残念でした。 また、24時間オープンの売店の無人レジで交通系ICカードを使用して購入しようとしたら、エラーで支払いができず、スタッフが駆けつけるまで5分以上かかってしまい不便をしました。24時間オープンなのは嬉しいですが、何かトラブルがあった際にすぐに人が駆けつけられるように徹底した方が、よりよいサービスにつながるのではないかと思います。 "
