However, there were mosquitoes problem possibly harvested by the pond in the property. Hopefully the hotel can find solution to help with this problem. "It was a great stay at Sora Hotel Karuizawa Outlet. Room was spacious and the service staff were warm and welcoming. The lobby area is quaint with a grand piano that guests could play at. It is a dog-friendly hotel, ideal for dog owners and dog lovers. The location is good, less than 10 drive from Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza and there’s free parking on site. Breakfast was sumptuous with 4-5 variety of mains to choose from. If you choose not to have house-keeping, they will refund a small amount of the room fees back to you which is a nice gesture. "
