"I saw this place on a you tube video and decided I wanted to book it for my trip to Koh Kut. Loved this for many reasons. Room looked right over a bay that went out to the sea. Breakfast had options. We chose fresh fruit. Got that and some toast each morning. Coffee was available with a machine to make your own if you want. This was right by Peter Pan Resort. "When springy bed one Thai bed rockhard. Loved seeing the elephants walk by all the time and swimming in the ocean with them. They were definitely a highlight. It was great fall asleep. Dreaming of elephants had a lot of fun walking along the shoreline, stopping at the fancy resorts For happy hour cocktails. excellent massages"

"Really good resort that I have stayed at before, excellent service in restaurant and pool area. However the pool area is a need of maintenance there are areas where the wooden planks are missing, and can be cause of injuries. Lightning in bathrooms is really poor."

"The staff were really nice and helpful. The only thing I had an issue with was the extra charges. For instance, there is a charge for ice and food to take away. If you break a glass 200 thb. Also the kayaks were at a cost ok no problem (even though I read they were free) but the paddleboards were expensive and they were in a pretty bad state…actually good for the bin as they were missing chunks and really not safe for use. "We recently had an excellent stay at Captain Hook Resort. Nestled in a secluded spot away from other hotels, it offers a peaceful, green, and idyllic atmosphere perfect for relaxation. "Beautiful resort , only a few bungalows but extensive grounds and all very well maintained. Sea very clear and warm. Only reservation is the early closure of the restaurant, meant walking a kilometre to the village . Would definitely recommend "

"Overal the property need renovation..The hotel is a bit crowded and I was bothered by people from the beach who were moving freely around the resort. The resort is not cheap and you want privacy for your money. The staff is the best I have ever met in Thailand. I would definitely like to come back."

"Paradise! Beautifully landscaped, own tiny beach where you can swing over clear waters, gorgeous pool, super peaceful, nice restaurant, lovely, clean, round air-conditioning posh "huts', good hot showers and large dressing area. Plus the sweetest people working there! Very helpful. Only downsides, the rooms had no full length mirrors, and as I'm short, I could only ever see the top half of my head before I went out. PUT SOME MIRRORS IN THE ROOMS PLEASE! Also, you need to hire a bike/scooter, which the reception will glady organise for you, to get to any other cafe/ bar if you wanted to dine elsewhere, which made us feel slightly like hostages to their good, but somewhat-for-Thailand expensive restaurant. Still, compared to Europe, it's a bargain. And it is PARADISE! I spent my whole time there smiling."

Amazing holiday

"We had an amazing week here as a family. The property is at the end of an incredible beach- you have to walk to the next resort to access the sand but it’s only a 2 min walk away. The breakfast had loads of great Thai and English options and the cleaning staff made the room beautifully clean and tidy again every day. But the absolute highlight for the kids was that the elephants walked past our room/the restaurant and the beach at least 6 times a day and would often stop to wave and trumpet at them! Magical! "
