"The reception was difficult to find. The building is separate from the bungalows and is not marked with any type of sign. I walked in circles (literally) for about a mile until I stumbled upon some other guests who told me where I needed to go. Even then, when I went to the building the woman told me I was at the wrong place (turns out I WAS in the right place but due to a language barrier she did not understand what I was looking for). Eventually I bumped into the owner who I randomly came across just walking down the road and asked if he spoke English and could help me. Long story short, the reception is a bit up the road from the actual bungalows in a grey building with a glass front. Hopefully this helps anyone in the future that also may get lost. They did not answer the phone number provided either when I called seeking assistance. The bungalow is very basic, as I expected. No breakfast was available despite being advertised as such. There was also no TV in the room, which I was ok to do without, but just to advise anyone expecting one because it is in the listing. No bottled water was provided either until the following day when I found two bottles had been placed on the porch after I had returned from a dive trip. No coffee was ever provided either. This place is ok just for a place to sleep and shower. The setting is nice and is in the jungle and has beautiful scenery. I was able to rent a motorbike very easily from the owner as well. "

"Visited Koh Kut several times stayed at different hotels all good standards, Dusita had the advantage of a beautiful peaceful private setting and beach, the beauty of Dusita is the abundance of grounds and beach to number of guests giving a good amount of privacy. The beach is great for people who like snorkeling fantastic variety of coral and sea life !!!!! The food is of a good standard serving a very nice selection for breakfast, food served through out the day and drinks they have very good lady chefs. The evening menu is very good based on the meals myself and my wife had there. We had a younger German family with two very young children 6months and 2 the grounds were perfect and they had plenty of room and safe. Dusita is very well located and caters for all your requirements motorbike hire, kayak hire etc and there are a few really good restaurants situated within 5-10 minutes outside the ground recommend the corner drink and food. Staff excellent!"

"Beautiful, quiet property near shop and restaurant also many massages nearby. The room was spacious, airy and very clean. Shower was excellent also. Manageress was very polite, welcoming and helpful. She also had that special warmth and sense of peace that is such a gift. This is the main reason I love Thailand so much. The people are gentle, kind and peaceful. If the rest of the world had the a same attitude as the Thai people have, the world would be a much better and kinder place. "
