"We loved the location, service, sea views and common areas of this property. Even though there isn’t a beach to relax on, chairs and tables along the shoreline allow beautiful and relaxing views, especially at sunset. You can sit by the pool, in the gardens, or on the bar deck next to the shore. Easy walk to a few shops, bars and restaurants. Pleasant breakfast too. "

"Very beautiful, unique building with Zen type room, minimalist but Zen, beautiful pool, however very few sun chairs to find available. Beach all big rocks, no sandy beach, and not so great for swimming."

"Lonely Beach, Koh Chang is an interesting part of the island. If you are looking for budget accommodations and a safe and comfortable place to stay check out Carpe Diem. If you like to party, even better as around the corner it is party central - that means there will be noise. Luckily the room comes equipped with ear plugs. 3 prong plugs so easy to charge stuff up. "We loved this little property! It was quaint, the room was a nice size, breakfast was good, the service was friendly, and it’s right on the beach. The short walk to the main road is a nice buffer. This property was perfect for just us, but would also be lovely for a group. "

"We loved Mam. Fabulous pool with the most amazing view. Staff were friendly. Beach area is small but fine as we went in low season so not busy. Area is quiet. Breakfast was fine, not the most amazing we’ve had but ample. Only slight negative is that we are 3 people and the beds were pushed together so someone had to sleep on the join which wasn’t so comfortable but it did refer to this in the booking so it wasn’t a surprise. Overall very good value for money and I would recommend. "

"We had the privilege of staying here, this was our first trip to Thailand but definitely not our last. The staff are accommodating and always with a smile on their faces. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, as well, as their other menu items throughout the day. Our room was freshly renovated and you cannot beat the view from the bed when you wake up in the morning "
