"The booking number from Expedia didn’t work. We had to call locally and were given booking numbers not anything like we’d received from Expedia. Check in is at a kiosk requiring the booking number or full name on Expedia, the name didn’t work either. The rooms were great, just a little warm."

"I stayed 5 nights here in an adjoining room with my 3 kids. The beds were very comfortable and I liked how there were various pillow options. The daily room refresh was lovely and my kids LOVED their pool (it was super warm - the only pool my 8 month old has liked so far). It was also so nice they had a laundry room on site (just bring your room key and your own detergent). There were two washers and two dryers. We had already been traveling for two weeks upon our arrival so it was really nice...

"Room was nice and big, plenty of food options nearby. Only downside was the parking. It was not easy to find ( I honestly wasn't sure the open area under the hotel was even for cars) and was full once we did find their parking. We ended up on the street nearby which worked out fine. "

"Great stay with reception staff going the extra mile to ensure our stay was organised. Recommend the pub downstairs for food and music but get in early or you will miss out. The room can get a bit hot but use the fans supplied, they do a great job! Overall the Residence had everything we were wanting from our stay which was fun and ease."

"Had booked 3 rooms for weekend stay with family. Location is superb and in the heart of town. Check-in was straightforward and quick. Rooms are comfortable and clean, albeit possibly a little dated. Food was excellent for breakfast and dinner with a great range of choices to please everyone. The staff were extremely helpful and caring, especially when my elderly father took a bit of a fall. Would happily stay again & recommend for anybody visiting the area."
