"Lovely hotel. The lady at the check-in desk was friendly and professional. Overall, the cleanliness was good, only thing is, I found an orange stain on one of the towels in the bathroom when we got there. Great location, very central but still nice and quiet. The breakfast was nice. We would stay here again. "

"Easy to book , clean comfortable room , quality breakfast tea and coffe facilities and able to park outside, close to docks shopping and nightlife , close enough to walk to , yet far enough to use uber or taxi . Good quality food at restaurant, but also able to purchase macdonalds kfc late at night as they are situated across the road , stayed here numerous times never disapoints."

"Excellent stay, only thing I didn’t like is window in the room didn’t open. On entrance you need a card key and there needs to be a sign or even a bell to get attention from staff."

"Brilliant loved it apart from no hot water for are 2 night stay witch took till check out to be sorted out even though we informed of the problem first night. And the maintenance man lied and told manager it was all working and checked. He never checked it and it was not working. However the lovley manager gave us a free night and we paid to stay another night also and she did us a good deal on that . We will be back soon can’t wait "

"Simple and clean hotel, mid refurbishment so hard to give a full assessment. Only black mark was lack of tea/coffee facilities to make own drink. Its a cheap solution to put a kettle and cups in each room and helps forst thing for anyone up and out early"
