"Fantastic, we will be back! Spacious and comfortable! Helpful and friendly staff! Clean towels without asking on the second day (after one night). One little thing that was irritating.. whilst ordering food in their restaurant, we was asked if we want bacon and cheese on our burger, we accepted not realising or told that they add extra payments for what they were asking. We found out when we got the bill. They should be explaining there is a charge for extra if they are going to offer it....

"Stay at Hampton was extremely nice, room and facilities perfect for a short stay. Underground parking a bonus as surrounding area for parking is known for break-ins. Location was fine a 10 minute walk to the centre of the city. Parts of the hotel show signs of wear and tear but this is to be expected of most hotels. Staff were very helpful and friendly would definitely stay again."

"Very clean and modern hotel liked the individual duvets for double room but had a roadside room and could hear the traffic during the night nice reception area and welcoming staff "

"Stayed for a concert in the Co-op live. Drive across and back. Easy to get to. Comfy rooms. Friendly staff. Sofa bed comfy enough for our daughter who was with us. "

"Location of hotel is within a 15mins walk to the town where there are shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Tram station is also nearby and is convenient to ride into Manchester town center. Room is clean and guest has to inform reception if he/she wants room cleaned. I was rather surprised that I did not have a sign to be hung on door knob for that service until I met a housecleaning staff who gave me a spare sign she has. I would stay in the hotel if I were to visit Manchester again."
