"The onsen is very nice, and the breakfast at the restaurant is a huge buffet of meny choices. Free shuttles daily to Narita mall and JR station. Overall I was very happy. I extended my stay an extra day and the staff accommodated my request easily."

"Loved this place! It was nice and quiet and very comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the shower and toilet has mold. The shower walls and curtain had mold spots and the inside of the toilet bowl was moldy, too. Other than that, it was great!"
