Clean, well designed small rooms with complementary travel items such as facial cleansers, toothbrush etc. Possibly the cleanest property I've ever visited. The staff were cleaning the public areas all day and everything from luggage carts to floors to surfaces and bathrooms, are spotless. "

"The hotel is next to Keisei Narita Station, very convenient to take the bus, train. Also the hotel is clean and provide hot tub which is relaxing and shuttle bus from and to airport which save time and cost. Nice and professional staff. We will stay at this hotel again."

"This is a great hotel to layover or stay for a few days. The breakfast buffet is worth the price. The rooms are very spacious. The overall feeling of the hotel is what a visit to Japan embodies. They have shuttles to and from the airport. They have a shuttle to and from the train station and the nearby mall. The staff from the front desk, the cleaning staff, the restaurant staff are all.very kind and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel for your Japan trip."

"Absolutely zero-frills hotel, very straightforward. I really, really like it. I have stayed in multiple Toyoko Inns over the years, and I had nothing but great experience staying. Certainly would recommend. But, if there's anything I am not fond of, it would be the check-in time, which is at 4 PM. I wish it could be earlier. Regarding transportation, the hotel does provide a shuttle where I could go back and forth between Inagekaigan station and the hotel, convenient. Other than that, It is pretty difficult to go anywhere, although walking is still viable. But, being in middle of an industrial area, I do understand the situation."
