"Hotel is very convenient just steps away from MRT station. Hotel front desk receptions were very nice. The room was bit small but the price was reasonable. Only complaint was the room insulation, you can hear the next room talking and street clubbing loud music. I couldn't sleep the 2nd night."

Only issue was that I broke a plastic cup which probably cost $0.50 and they charged $8 SGD for it which was kinda crazy. Other than that excellent!"

"This is the second time we have stayed at V Hotel Bencoolen. The rooms are very clean but on the small size for two people. It does have a nice swimming pool and laundry machines. The metro station is one door down with restaurants and a food court nearby. The staff are friendly and very helpful. "

"Twin bed room very small,ok for a 2nite stay,didnt unpack as no facilities to put clothes.. Rooftop pool was amazing though very clean,towels and shower avalable,lovely to cool down after sightseeing."

"Great and easy 24hr reception desk. Locker and room door easy to get into with given code. The common space upstairs is great with a lovley outdoor space and lots of tables. Each floor has designated toilets and pantrys whoch has hot and cold water, snacks, tea, coffee and microwave. With a nice little variety of breakfast snacks, and a cafe downstairs. Capsuals had blinds, lights, plugs, hangers, mirror and table with a spacious locker. Beebing of people enterinv codes wasnt too loud, not...

"The hotel itself was fine . The rooms are a bit small . The staff were really good. The location is great . A short walk to the subway station. We got off the cruise ship ,500 meters to the subway and 3 stops to the hotel (just tap your credit card for the fare) . It was 1 hour to the airport from the hotel . Very close to china town and short ride to gardens by the bay . Quite ish location ,not a lot of shops around but potential noise from restaurants across the street (I never heard them). "
