It’s 2 stories no elevator, but staff was excellent and helped me up stairs and back down in morning with luggage. There is also a lockup on main floor for luggage. The Runway restaurant and bar only serves bottled water no tap water, there is 10 percent service charge for seating the prices were lower than ABC islands Bonaire, i had a steak and I got what I asked for!! "The staff is what makes this place so unforgettable! it is a bit out of the way and getting public transport although right across the street it is hard to get them to stop and actually pick you up. They will try to get a taxi for you though and the staff will bring you wherever you wanna go, but Transport in Curaçao is expensive!!! if that option is available to you I suggest you rent a car because this place is not in the downtown area and therefore you would not have access to the beaches....
