"This is a good hotel while traveling through Gainesville or visiting for a few nights on business or other purposes. Nice lobby and I liked that it has a kitchen with an extensive menu and good prices. Comfy bed and pillows, good shower. Pool outside. It would be wise, however, for the hotels in the area to request police patrol. Shortly after I checked in, I walked out to my car and a man was looking into it. He quickly hit his remote to lock his nearby van . . . and stepped away to a dark area...

But the beautiful and well kept property along with some of the friendliest staff we have ever encountered made our stay memorable. The hotel is in a new area of town with about every restaurant available and lots of nice hotels - aWe were in town for a plant workshop but the host hotel sold out the block of rooms, then sold out two smaller blocks and the block...
