"This is an old motel property that has been "remodeled" but is a bare bones motel. There was no attention to detail in the re-model project. Baseboards were still old and dirty or worn. Inexpensive for football weekend and that's why we stayed there. It was our second time staying here. We much prefer Hilton properties but they were either booked up or WAY too expensive. The staff was friendly and we saw no bugs, just a well worn property. "

"The hotel is very safe. I was a woman traveling alone and I always felt safe and comfortable. Everything worked in the room. I didn’t have an issue with the bed or using anything. The fridge and microwave were great. There was hot water. I forgot to mention the issue with the bathroom before I left. There is a small hole in the ceiling above the shower. When the person in the room above showers, the water comes out of the hole. If someone smokes in the room above then the hotel room bathroom...

"A fantastic place to stay when going to watch the Gators play!! Beds are very comfortable. AC was good for the room size. Lots of space in the rooms. Definitely a steal for the money. "Loved the cottage setting & cleanliness but disappointed there was no blankets, only sheets on bed, no one sleeps with bedspread, and lovely stovetop & refrigerator but NO coffee pot, No dishes or utensils nor pots & pans?? Didnt make sense to us & hence we had to eat out all weekend. But the staff were very nice. Lastly, no late check out available, gave us 45 minutes extra when asking, never experienced that before"
