"It's a very old hotel but economically priced and the front desk employee, maybe owner, was very friendly and quick. The bathroom definitely needs updating or a better clean. We chose not to shower due to looking like mold. It may have been a stain as the rest of the room was clean. "

"I was staying here while i visited a relative on my way to a conference. This was most definitely a you get what you pay for situation. No one is going into your room while you are away. But it is the winter circut for both HITS and WEC, so "better" hotels were out of my price range. Its not the cleanest or most modern, but it was a bed to lay my head, a warm room on some very cold nights, a hot shower, and i was safe, so not too much to complain about."

"Loved the cottage setting & cleanliness but disappointed there was no blankets, only sheets on bed, no one sleeps with bedspread, and lovely stovetop & refrigerator but NO coffee pot, No dishes or utensils nor pots & pans?? Didnt make sense to us & hence we had to eat out all weekend. But the staff were very nice. Lastly, no late check out available, gave us 45 minutes extra when asking, never experienced that before"

"I had a great stay. I wanted time to get away and recharge my batteries and post card cabins gave me just that. It was very peaceful with great scenery. Also they provide all the necessities to have a great time away. I had trouble with my fridge and they fixed the problem almost instantly.
