"It's a great spot for folks who need two bedrooms and somewhere fairly close to the University, as well as near restaurants. Check-in and check-out were easy. Good parking. Very clean. It would have been 5 stars all around except that we had two bedrooms with two queen size beds and 4 people. But only one bath towel and one hand towel per bedroom. Just not logical. I texted the first morning, was told a ticket would be opened, but no more towels were provided. Other small thing - I suggest...

"This property is very small but in a great location. Our only issues were that there were only 3 towels in the entire place, no sheets at all for the pull out couch and only a 1/2 roll of toilet paper."

"Floors have a severe slope to them which is normal due to age, owners have done their best to update it. Neighborhood was very quiet. Window AC shakers will freeze you out. It is not a luxury home by any means but it does the trick and a great option for a quick getaway near the campus."
