"Had a wonderful, restful stay. Enjoyed a brief history from the host and when I complemented him on his garden, he kindly gifted me with a favorite plant. I enjoyed every minute in this very private apartment, very comfortable bed and spacious shower. My tire pressure was low and Greg, the host, even went out of his way to fill my tire, going way above & beyond! Highly recommend! "

"Cute property, great college vibe. You’ll hear dogs/cats/people in adjoining apartments as if they’re in same room as you. "We sent a message to the property manager upon our arrival. We were so hopeful we were in the wrong place. There were units that had sheets over their windows instead of curtains. There were people just hanging around and others hanging out in doorways, talking loudly and staring at us. We were assured there were no safety issues. "Floors have a severe slope to them which is normal due to age, owners have done their best to update it. Neighborhood was very quiet. Window AC shakers will freeze you out. It is not a luxury home by any means but it does the trick and a great option for a quick getaway near the campus."

"We stayed here with our entire family when we brought our oldest to University of Florida. It was about a 30 minute drive from the airport and about 20 minutes away from her dorm. "Was a wonderful property in a very beautiful small town. The interent was out during our stay and did not come back on but that may have been a provider issue and not the fault of the property.
