"I gave this a good only because of the reception staff especially Anna and Ben who were particularly kind and helpful. The hotel was a great location and had a gym which we used . But our room was dirty and not cleaned even when we put out the please do our room sign on our door. We only got refreshments coffee and tea etc on our first day and we were staying three nights . Our room was not cleaned and the beds were not made and we had to ask reception for toilet roll to be replenished , new...

"Stayed here before and it was ideal for what we wanted, close to the train station and city centre. Only problem we had was the room smelled like they had a sewerage problem ."

"Staff were exceptionally helpful, polite and friendly. I've knocked a star off for room A/C not being very good (very hot in the night) and the shower being like a little trickle. Apart from that all very good and a great location. "

"First time staying at this hotel. Arrived before 3pm but that wasn’t an issue and we checked in with no issue at all. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. The staff we encountered from the reception staff who were very knowledgable, the bar staff who filled a huge ice bucket for our room and the staff at breakfast who were very friendly. Nothing was any trouble!! The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. The choice was amazing. We will certainly be back. Highly recommended "
