The only negative thing is that the street is very busy and loud and the windows are not well insulated so when you have a room toward the street, it gets pretty loud. "We loved our stay here! The hotel and grounds areas are so peaceful and relaxing. We especially loved the restaurant area; I would have sat iout there all day with a book if we'd have had more time. The staff arranged for a guide, Julio Cesar, for the 7 Waterfalls Hike. He was so knowledgeable and fun and patient. He even took us to see his coffee and cacao farm before we left. I think we got the best guide! Mariana, from the hotel, came with us and took pictures and translated, an added bonus....
