"This place was absolutely filthy! The bedding was visibly dirty they had not been changed or wash stains were present. It was a nightmare. The host was not help. The pillowcases reek of saliva. The floors were dirty they have not been swept or mopped there were footprints everywhere we had to sleep on the couch. A washer and dryer is advertised for usage, but both were broken. "The place was as described, clean, spacious. with enough room for the whole family. Christian was very kind and would be available to answer questions that we had. The view of the city and the volcano was spectacular on a clear day you could see Lake Ilopango in the distance. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. My family and I loved the apartment. I would definitely come back and stay here again. "

"Everything was exactly as seen in the pictures and as described. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. The area is safe and many places to dine and swim. There are many different beaches in the area to choose from. Location was easy to find as staff sent me a short video showing me how to access their property. In addtion my family that lives in ES was able to visit me at no additional cost. I highly recommend staying at El Xalli."
