"We love going to the log cabins about every 6 months. We just felt there were a few things missed this time. It was pouring with rain, as it usually is in Scotland so we felt the hot tubs could do with canopies over them so you can still enjoy the experience. And I’m sure I’m not the first one with this problem, ICE?? We brought ice cube bags this time, to find out there is no freezer compartment. I know not 3rd world problems but I just felt for what we paid you would expect stuff like that to...

"After a long journey we wanted to rest on arrival at the hotel howver there was work being carried out at the next to our bedroom room 1 which was loud banging and drilling we have taken video evidence of this the noise was causing our 2 dogs to bark loudly there was also no tv in our bedroom we also sat for 20 minutes waiting to check out no one was available at the desk and we had a ferry to catch."

"Originally booked for one night as we hadn’t used this Guest House before but happily booked an additional night after our warm welcome on arrival and seeing the interior. The standard of cleanliness is exceptional better than most 5* properties we’ve visited.
