Nearly Perfect Stay
Had a good 2 night stay supposed to be 3 but left a night early due to lack of sleep as the bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab, otherwise everything else was spot on! Would stay again if the mattresses were softer.

Old Loans Inn
First stay at this hotel staff were very helpful. Service excellent as was the food. Room was very comfortable and very clean we'll hopefully have a return visit in the future 👍

Re our phone call we didn’t get to the hotel due to weather. We were advised by government not to travel and we seen on the television Troon was flooded. I think it is terrible that we are not being refunded our money as by looking at things we would have been lucky to get there anyway

Great wee hotel
This is a great hotel, decent sized rooms abd spotless, good bedding and towels. Dinner is very goid with plenty of choices. Breakfast is very good, served at the table with very pleasant staff. Choice of hot England breakfast and self service items.
