"I could pay extra and park onsite which was a big plus for me. I would prefer if there was a BBQ or other means to cook a casual meal as I have difficulty walking to cafe's and going out to eat. The staff were very helpful and super friendly."

"This Motor Inn needs a dedicated smokers area away from non-smoking guests. Strongly suggest the eastern side carpark towards front of hotel adjacent exit driveway therefore away from all guests rooms."

"The individual rooms and the bathroom was fairly small but as I was by myself this was easy enough to navigate. All the staff I dealt with were excellent. The actual pub has plenty of options for drinking and dining, including a good sportsbar set up."

"Room shutters needed repair. Overall the facilities were fair for what they are and, whilst pretty noisy, the Palace represents good value. It’s an old pub so be realistic; don’t expect a quiet, modern experience. 3.5 stars. "

"There was only a 1/4 of a roll of loo paper left for us and the oven was filthy ( I’m guessing previous visitors and only just overlooked by cleaners) Others than that was neat and tidy and livable for a couple of days. Also no Tv as mentioned in the ad. "

"Had me worried as the property mamanger didn't give access instructions until the day we were due to check in. Other than that, property is about 6 mins drive to station, or about 20mins walk, or you have uber and taxi. Bedrooms are clean and spacious. Toilet looks like it was replaces with a new one, bath tub/shower is in need of replacement tho. Overall it was a good stay, just didn't like the poor lighting to the property entrance, sensors didn't kick in unless you move around a bit. "

"Clean and comfortable. On a busy Rd and under the airport flight path so pretty noisy from early morning till late evening. Quite roomy. All in all pretty good value for the price"

"Lovely little property - although the check in process was necessarily complex. Small operators do not have the necessary cyber security to protect and secure the ID information requested. A credit card should have sufficed."
