"Great staff, easy to check in and out. It’s an older building so wear and tear to be expected. Ensuite room came with toaster, electric jug and mini fridge which was perfect."

"Great room and it was clean and tidy but for $380 a night, it would have been good to have an air conditioner that worked. It was just blowing air so made the stay uncomfortable to sleep. We got in late so weren’t able to tell anyone and when we did the next morning, nothing was really done about it. "

"Firstly we were put into Room 201 which was a disabled room which wasnt really a problem but we paid for a city view room. Shower curtain was very short hence water went all over the bathroom floor. Otherwise the room was very clean and bed & linen comfortable. No option for decaf coffee or tea and no milk option in room. Hotel was lovely, coffee shop very nice. Breakfast was good however basic breads available. Reception staff very helpful and courteous. Onsite underground parking was easily...
